As an international manufacturing and maintenance company, TECNOLINES ITALIA required a centralized ERP system to manage projects, assets, field services, workforce planning, and financial operations across multiple locations. The company also needed secure customer and employee portals, better resource management, customized planning workflows, and streamlined accounting processes, including electronic invoice imports.
We implemented Odoo 18 on Odoo.sh with integrated modules including Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Maintenance, Repair, Field Service, Fleet, Rental, Subscriptions, Payroll, Timesheets, Website, and Marketing. Custom development included an Assets and Projects module, Customer and Employee Portals, Planning module customization, Employee Certificate management, Resource Management tools, and Accounting e-Invoice import functionality. The portal was designed to allow employees to access ID cards and project information, while managers could monitor projects, record activities, assign workers, and track operational issues in real time.
The implementation delivered a centralized ERP platform that improved project visibility, asset tracking, workforce planning, and collaboration across departments. Custom portals enhanced communication between employees, managers, and customers, while automated planning and accounting processes reduced manual work and increased operational efficiency.
