Questions we hear most
What is the difference between clearance and reporting?
Standard tax invoices for B2B sales must be cleared by ZATCA before you share them with the buyer. Simplified B2C invoices are reported to ZATCA within 24 hours of issue.
Which Odoo versions support ZATCA Phase 2?
Current Odoo versions include Saudi e-invoicing. If you run an older version, we upgrade your database first and then complete the integration.
How long does the integration take?
Typically 1 to 3 weeks for an existing Odoo database, depending on data quality, the number of branches and how much your invoice templates are customised.
What happens if ZATCA rejects an invoice?
Odoo shows the validation error on the invoice. We fix the underlying data or configuration and resubmit, and we train your team to handle common errors.
Can you help if we are not on Odoo yet?
