The challenge
RoboService required a single, integrated platform to manage its rapidly growing operations across sales, rentals, field services, maintenance, repairs, subscriptions, fleet management, payroll, inventory, and customer relationships. Their existing processes involved multiple workflows that needed to work together seamlessly, particularly the transition from CRM opportunities to rental and project execution. They also required a scalable solution capable of supporting their technology-driven business while improving operational visibility, reducing manual work, and enhancing collaboration between departments.
Our approach
We implemented Odoo 19 on Odoo.sh as a centralized ERP platform, integrating key business functions including Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Rental, Field Service, Fleet, Maintenance, Repair, Payroll, Website, Marketing, and Communication modules. Custom development was carried out to create the Roboservice module and extend the CRM workflow, enabling automatic creation of rental orders and projects directly from CRM opportunities. The solution streamlined end-to-end business processes, automated repetitive tasks, and provided a unified system for managing operations, customers, and field activities.
The outcome
The implementation provided RoboService with a centralized and scalable ERP system that connected all core business operations. Automated CRM-to-rental and CRM-to-project workflows significantly reduced manual effort and improved operational efficiency. Real-time visibility across sales, inventory, field services, maintenance, and financial operations enabled faster decision-making and better resource utilization. The integrated Odoo platform improved collaboration across departments, increased process accuracy, and established a solid foundation for future business growth and digital transformation.
