Odoo ERP for textile and garment manufacturing
From yarn and greige to dyed fabric and finished garments, Bundo Tech configures Odoo to track every lot, process and cost for spinning, weaving, processing and stitching units in Pakistan and in export markets.
The problem
What slows businesses down
Lot and shade tracking
No reliable link between yarn lots, fabric rolls and dye shades, so complaints cannot be traced back.
Invisible job work
Fabric sent out for dyeing, printing or stitching disappears from the books until it returns.
Unknown order costing
Real cost per order, including wastage and rework, is only known weeks after shipment.
Export paperwork
Commercial invoices, packing lists and LC documents typed again outside the ERP.

FAQ
Questions we hear most
Can Odoo track yarn lots through to finished fabric?
Yes. Odoo tracks lots at every manufacturing step, so each fabric roll or garment batch can be traced back to the yarn lot and dye batch it came from.
How does Odoo handle garment sizes and colours?
With product variants: one style holds every size and colour combination, each with its own stock, barcode and cost.
Can we manage outsourced dyeing and stitching?
Yes. Odoo's subcontracting sends material to the job worker's location, tracks it there and records the service charge when goods come back.
Does Odoo produce export documents?
We configure commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates from Odoo data, in the currency and format your buyers require.
How long does a textile ERP project take?
A single unit typically goes live in 2 to 4 months. Multi-unit groups are rolled out in phases, one unit at a time.
